Huygenskwartier Voorburg is soon to receive an enormous boost with a 12-page newspaper supplement, which will be delivered to 135,000 households in the region. This will be complemented by a brochure promoting Huygenskwartier Voorburg. On Wednesday, Manda Willems from Orfèvre Edelsmederij – a silver- and goldsmiths – was presented the first copies of the newspaper supplement and brochure by Bettina Wouters from the Ondernemersfonds Huygenskwartier (Huygenskwartier Entrepreneurial Fund) and Alderperson Frank Rozenberg.
Today, the 12-page supplement promoting Huygenskwartier Voorburg landed on the doormat of 135,000 households. The Huygenskwartier is an attractive, authentic area teeming with unique shops, boutiques, lively bars, lunchrooms, and renowned restaurants and museums. Parking is free, and it is also easy to reach by public transport. In short, a delightful area to spend your day (and evening)! The supplement also highlights a selection of the specialist stores and distinctive boutiques that help make the Huygenskwartier so unique.
The brochure features a wealth of attractive photographs of shops, bars and restaurants in Huygenskwartier Voorburg, all alive with festive spirit. 5,000 copies of the brochure have been printed, and it is available from the shopkeepers. It also contains discount vouchers that can be redeemed at shops in the Huygenskwartier.
